Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Strategy Audit is a paid engagement. Its fee and scope are confirmed in writing before it begins. The audit fee is non-refundable once the audit is booked. You can move the audit to another date by telling us in writing before it starts. There is no obligation to take on any further work after the audit.

The Strategy Sprint is a fixed-scope engagement, invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on delivery of the Value Moat™ Blueprint.

• Cancelled before work begins (before kickoff call): full refund of the upfront payment, less a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancelled after work has commenced: the upfront payment is non-refundable, as it covers strategist time already committed.
• If Blu Dexter is unable to deliver the agreed scope, the client is entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.

The Growth Engine is invoiced monthly in advance. The 12-month term reflects the compounding nature of the Value Moat™ framework.

• Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice at any time; the client remains liable for the notice-period fee and any committed media spend.
• Monthly fees already invoiced and paid are non-refundable, as they correspond to work delivered or in progress for that month.
• No refund is issued for partial months; cancellation notice served mid-cycle takes effect at the end of the current billing month plus the notice period.

Authority Partnership terms are bespoke and defined in the signed SOW, including any performance-linked clauses. In the absence of a specific clause, the Growth Engine cancellation terms above apply by default.

• Third-party media spend (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) once released to the platform, which is billed at cost and subject to the platform’s own terms.
• Third-party licences, stock assets, tools or subscriptions purchased on the client’s behalf during the engagement.
• Strategist and creative time for work already delivered, reviewed or approved by the client.

Send a written request to info@bludexter.com with your company name and engagement start date. We reply within 24 hours and confirm the applicable terms, notice period and any refund due within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

This policy may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the start of your engagement governs that engagement unless a change is required by law.
