Tanuj Sachdeva is a brand strategist and entrepreneur working at the intersection of brand strategy, consumer psychology, communication and growth. As the founder of Blu Dexter, he works with ambitious businesses to clarify their market position, strengthen brand perception and build more effective systems for attracting and converting customers.
His approach begins with a simple premise: a business should be understood before it is marketed. Rather than treating branding, marketing and performance as separate functions, Tanuj looks at the complete commercial system: how a business is positioned, how it is perceived, how demand is created, how customers decide, and how that demand becomes growth.
His work spans real estate, healthcare, wellness and B2B, with a particular interest in businesses whose strong underlying capabilities are not yet reflected in their market presence.
