Brand launch timeline planner: how long will it take?

Pick what your launch needs and get a week-by-week plan and a realistic launch date.

Your numbers

Results are estimates to guide decisions, not financial advice. Your numbers stay in your browser.

How the plan is built

Some work has to happen in order: positioning before identity, identity before the website. Other work runs alongside, and PR and ads are timed to finish on launch day.

Timings we plan with

  • Strategy: 3 weeks (2 fast-track)
  • Identity: 4 weeks (3), after strategy
  • Website: 6 weeks (4), after identity
  • Content and photography: 4 weeks (3), alongside the website
  • PR: 4 weeks (3) of preparation, ending at launch
  • Ads: 2 weeks (1), ending at launch

Real timelines depend on how quickly decisions are made. Most delays come from waiting for feedback, not from the work itself.

Questions

Can we launch the website before the identity is final?

You can, but you will rebuild parts of it later. If time is short, a simple holding page while the identity is finished is usually better.

Why does PR need weeks before launch?

Journalists plan ahead. The story, materials and conversations need to be ready before the launch date, not after.

What slows launches down most?

Slow feedback and too many people approving each step. Agree one decision-maker and fixed review dates at the start.

Is my data saved?

No. The calculation runs in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to email yourself the result.
